How can you make that choice?

Our service sends out your question to a pre-approved, carefully selected, list of financial advisers in your area. They only see your question and that's it.

After you receive the answers, you are invited to rate them based on how well the concept or the issue was explained or dealt with in your situation by a particular adviser. Remember, frequently the quality of the answer will depend on how much detail you provided in the question itself.

When you visit your personal answers page, you can rate the answers, ask a follow-up question to a specific adviser, reply to an answer, or ask a brand new question again.

All of this is performed anonymously, only exchanging the details of the situation and question itself. We do employ algorithms to avoid fake questions and fake ratings, so as to prevent certain users from gaming our ratings system.

Through our service you are also invited to continue your discussion in person with a specific adviser whom you feel has done the best job in clarifying your question(s).

Again, you are at no obligation at all to do so, but if you'd like to, the option is there. When you agree to meet with a particular adviser, we invite you to fill out your contact information which you wish to share with that specific adviser, or you can use the same contact details you’ve given FinAsk.

That’s it, that’s all. Your contact details, are only shared when you personally wish to meet with a financial adviser outside the services of FinAsk.
